What can you do? I created the skull logo 10 years ago, since then there has been a good many call makers use and blatantly incorporate it in their logo's. I just think it shows a lack of originality, I'm not out to make a living at making calls so it really doesn't bother me as bad as it would if I depended on it. Good luck to him in life, its almost springtime and I get to play in the woods soon, life is good.

I have spoken to other callmakers that have made calls, but won't sell them to those outside of their very close inner circle, because getting a patent on the design, etc. Also those that couldn't get their hands on certain materials because they weren't big enough to be a vendor for the corporate hunting machine. Kinda sad really. That's one upside to buying calls made by good people. You get a damn good product, and actually get to have some meaningful conversation about things you both enjoy. You can't get that from big retail, and it really ain't the logo that makes the product worth having.

Good perspective, Ricky. Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery (and probably envy as well).
