“Duck hunting gives a man a chance to see the loneliest places …blinds washed by a rolling surf, blue and gold autumn marshes, …a rice field in the rain, flooded pin-oak forests or any remote river delta. In duck hunting the scene is as important as the shooting.” ~ Erwin Bauer, The Duck Hunter’s Bible, 1965
I intentionally vote bullshit just to fuck up your poll worse than a CNN election poll
Seeing these soulless vanilla ice lookin Yankees on a bassboat is worse than watching a woman get her implants taken out. It's just wrong. Get back in your Lund and go back to infisherman.

I don't believe the wood duck is a good indicator of "flyway ducks".
Interesting choice of duck species. Quite a few have no bearing on the Atlantic Flyway. Two, can’t be hunted in any Flyway, and two Atlantic Flyway species of ducks aren’t even on this list.

i was gonna question the wood duck statement, too, Griffin.
Too many people think our wood ducks are local.
I havent looked or voted, otherwise. I just read Bear's post and giggled, though.
Ugh. Stupid people piss me off.
Most of our woodies come from states north of us.
Either write things worth reading, or do things worth writing.
We've killed 5 banded wood ducks south of Savannah in the past 6 years. Banded in SC,NC, VA, KY, and MI. I would say they get around a good bit.
I added some species to see who would actually put out honest answers and who would pull a Griffin........

Ive killed a wood duck from Ontario also . We killed one this year in January that was banded in September in Vermont.
If it aint got 8 toes & a green head,it aint a duck.
I remember my first band....
