    I got 690.

I'm 6'6" 225 with 5% body fat so this one worked great for my body type

I got in the low 250’s. 252 maybe. I’ve heard so many numbers since then that I can’t remember.

The 50lb DB beat my ass. I was killing the row and TTB. I got no repped for not locking out because I was struggling to lock out and I got no repped for sort of swinging up like a KB. I wish that DB had been 35 lbs. I think I would’ve hit 300

The TTBs killed me. I was doing one at a time after the second round.

I did the TTB unbroken and the row took about 15 pulls per round. I had to rest on the presses because I wasn't strong enough to get it over my head. I felt like half my time was spent hunched over that damn dumbbell

6 plus some change so 193 rx. I'm old and fat so there is that. TTB killed me, press wasn't bad.

    296. I jogged over to the water fountain abouthalfway through. . I’m sure some of this other shit will punish me. But I didn’t think it was that hard. Felt I coulda pushed harder but didn’t want to blow up early since it was 20 min or whatever. I HATE this workout competition thing but now am compelled to know what others my age are doing. Guess if I’m keeping up with or beating the Younguns I’m all good.
