No I have a better idea. Let them all go to sanctuary cities. Once they get them packed in we can build a big electrified fence around the whole city and turn them into detainment camps. Drop a little bread and water from a helicopter after they run out of food. Then when they start killing fighting and killing each other trying to get some bread and water we could put it on Pay-Per-View to pay for the fence and upkeep. Who needs a wall.
