Just got home from seeing it. It actually lived up to the hype. If you are a Marvel/action movie fan, it’s a must see...not to mention the superb acting and great storyline.

Btw, you won't hear me apologize often, so you may want to put that in your sigfile. ~Mergie
I kind of felt slighted that I wasn't nerdy enough to get into comic books. It was all that reading.
, not really, I don't feel slighted.
What cameo role did Stan Lee, the creator of the character, have in the movie? He's been in every one of his comic books brought to the silver screen.

Just Damn.
I'm with HS. Not once have I ever felt the need to pick up a comic book or marvel or syfy anything.

I am disappointed in this thread though. I thought there was another black panther sighting in South Carolina.
That's because you're not 12 Ralph. The movies are fine but comics are for children.
Still good to know you’re still around.

I love a comic based movie or sci-fi movie but comics are for kids and basement dwellers much like firearm experts the never shoot their guns. Comic book guy from the Simpsons is the best example of these mouth breathers.

I've heard the name thrown around the last week or so...i honestly thought this movie was about a 60s-70s black activist (black panther) until i saw a trailer while watching the olympics last night....
never heard of the black panther comic.....ever...
