I gave up watching calling contests bout the time the callers added in theatrics.. Nothing sillier than watching some fat azz dude in a "Sting Team" fleece strut around on stage making jazz hands that he thinks looks like a hen yeppin...

Preston Pittman was the first one I saw do it and I laughed out loud - they asked me to leave..

Sorry Walph. I'm practicing for the "Strutter Sit" contest that starts Saturday am. Participants sit in a hut and watch a strutter decoy. It is an endurance event sort of like those deals where people have to keep their hand on a car the longest. Little debbie brand snacks are allowed.

1pm CST. It's on now, one of our members here will be competing in the friction prelims.

The guys that called in the Grand National are impressive. Dave Owens' (winner) second scenario/sequence was amazing. If you look up the "feed" on FB, go to the ~1:01 mark.

Dave’s run was unbelievable, it’s ridiculous how much of a turkey he is.

Congrats to Dave. As great as he is calling on stage, he is waaaay better at killing Gobblers. Youngest man to ever complete the Super Slam. Dave is quite possibly one of the nicest people you will meet.

I just watched it and he was awesome. The jake fight was great.
Also, I watched the Poults division yesterday and some of the kids could hardly be old enough to tie a shoe, much less work a call better than most adults.
