    Default Concrete Driveway Cleaner

Planning on renting the pressure washer surface cleaner ( https://www.homedepot.com/tool-truck.../AW-7020-8004/ ) from HD this weekend. Other than water pressure, what have you found to be a good pre-treat or chemical to spray on concrete. No oil stains, mostly just the typical dirt and grime of a driveway that hasn't been cleaned in years.

If you are not fighting stains I wouldn't think you'd need any cleaner. The surface cleaner will take care of it.

    None, the pressure is enough.

Have you ever used one before? If not send pics of before and after. Very easy to stripe the hell out of your driveway.

Simple Green will get all the algae, grease, grime and stains off as well and is available in 2 1/2 gallon jugs. I keep a pump sprayer full of it all the time.

Totally Awesome is just that, though I have never seen it in large containers.

Yes but it has been a while. The circular motion of the two jets in the surface cleaner do the lawn lawn mower or buffer effect. It prevents you from getting the zebra stripes.

I'll look for Totally Awesome and will fall back on Simple Green as a back up.

    Thanks for the input.

I'll pose some before and after pics.

TSP will take care of any bad spots. Just make sure that whatever you use won't kill the grass and plants in the area.
