Everytime this thread comes up on my feed I click it hoping it's a for sale thread.
Going to start a new one this week. Will be a mid-size on casters for rolling around from the garage to the driveway.
Pipe burner, and a charcoal/lump tray. Like the mid-size Alveron on wheels. If needed to go somewhere, will just pick it up and put in the
back of the truck and haul it. Stay tuned, drawing it up now.

I built this one a few years ago. It is 100% wood fired for cooking but has propane to help with starting.
I used it for some competitions and had a lot of success, but now it is relegated to the corner of the shop. I don't recall the actual dimensions but it will hold 20 butts plus I made a rack that will hold a few more
