Those two have dealt a lot of death
Them that don't know him won't like him, and them that do sometimes won't know how to take him

In mentioning old turkey knowledge, Trapper Jack Belles passed away quite recently.
I know most if not all of you would not know him, but he was one of kind!
Jack used to love talking turkey and life with Preacher Zack and could be seen on the video someone posted up a few months ago.
Apparently, Jack's passing went down as he would have wanted it....with little to no attention!

    Sorry to read that Cali.

A bunch of our old school turkey men over on this side of the river have left us.

I'd like to get one of those. When he first started tinkering with building them, he brought a couple to a baseball game and let me play them. Even in the early stages, they sounded really good.

I played alot of the calls he brought to Unicoi and spent quite a bit of time talking to him. I'm still kicking myself for not biting the bullet and getting one. He is a great guy to talk to and his trumpets are very good. I will have one or more before it's all said and done.

Over one year after order time. I'd be getting in touch with him and get on the list.
