    My brother sent me a message yesterday morning of a craigslist post in Augusta. It was a guy selling a never used large big green egg in nest with a ton of accessories. Come to find out this guy has never grilled in his life and decided to sell it after buying it. He got it for the people who rent his house for the masters. $800 cash hell of a deal. So I sacrificed watching the super bowl to pick it up.

    The last picture is finally getting it home. Now comes the learning process. May try some ribs this weekend.

    Well it’s been a week. I grilled every night this week. Started with just basic chicken breast then burgers. On Wednesday I grilled pork chops and Thursday was homade pizza.

    Today is the first time I have had time to do a low and slow. I chose baby back ribs. They have been on about a two hours.

    It’s more of a marinade than a brine. It’s ginger ale and orange juic plus some other stuff.
