    Default Clams 2/2

Picked up some clams from my BIL in Edisto today. Usually my go to is linguini but I have been trying to stay on the low carb/Paleo straight and narrow. After the ride home and much deliberation I said screw it, I'll do it with nature's pasta.

That looks good. I been eating the zucchini noodles and they ain’t half bad. Granted, my noodles are usually served underneath a nice helping of jar spaghetti sauce and not clams and such

Never done it with the pasta impostor. I love it with real pasta. I'll try it next time.

I make mine just like that except with angel hair.
I switch it up every once and a while and make a red clam sauce too
A little red pepper flake added every now and then along with a good bread to mop it up with

There was a small pinch of red pepper flakes. No Texas Pete though on this dish

Spaghetti squash noodles and Zucchini noodles honestly taste great. Ive been doing that alot and almost prefer it over pasta now.
