I agree. Based on the allegations of his cussing and yelling threats all the way up to the point he intentionally rammed the other guys boat, I would've blasted his ass the moment he tried to board my boat. Coming from a maritime family he would or should know that this is a major no no among boaters especially while acting in a threatening manner.
