Dumped 500 dead snow geese in a ditch this morning. Great bicep workout getting them over the tailgate.

That 50 lb DB got heavy as hell for me. If it had been 35 that workout would've been tailor made for me

It was a smoker. I was surprised at how most tanked on the row so bad after 1-2 rounds.

I'm 6'4" so rowing is perfect for me. 15 pulls. 8TTB is the perfect number, as well. I was sticking to 1:30 rounds and had plenty of juice, but getting that damn DB over my head got really difficult after 6ish rounds. I got no repped for not locking it out 4-5 times, and that is just defeating

Still not brave enough to attempt 18.1, maybe some time this week.

    Monday 2/26/18

Deadlift: 5-5-3-3-1 (failed on the one rep at 365)

50 pull-ups: accumulated over multiple sets

    Banded Good mornings- 3 sets

Felt a little weak today, still doing the IF and I don't think I ate enough yesterday.

264 on the 18.1. I’m 50 years old so I thought that was pretty good.

Short 2 mile trail run with the pup this morning. Sleep hasn't been great this week so taking it easy.
