Still keto? Are you dropping your base calorie intake to coincide with the weight loss or still sticking with the 2000+/-?

Still keto. I've adjusted based on the weight loss several times on the way down. Right now i'm at 170p/25c/121f and probably 3-5 pounds away from recomp and cycling to add more lean muscle. I figure once I get below 190 or where I want to be visually is when I'll make the switch.

    Nice job!

My wife, some other members from our gym and I did a practice run yesterday for an ultra marathon we have in September. It’s a 10 mile loop and we will do three loops. 3000 feet of elevation gain and descent per loop. First loop cut off is 3.5 hrs. Second loop cut off is 4 hrs. 3rd loop cut off is 4.5 hrs. We did one loop yesterday and finished in just under 3 hours and that was with getting off trail for about 20 min. It’s going to be gritty.

    Jones Gap Marathon.

They called it a 8-9 mile loop. It’s over 10. It’s going to be a humdinger.
