I'm in the same boat of trying to unfluff a little

The last two days at CCF have been spicy:

    35 Double Unders

    Today:

    500m row

    3 rounds of Nate
    500m row

    2 rounds of Nate
    500m row

    Nate:
2 MU (scaled to 3 CTB)
    4 HSPU (Scaled to 4 push press @ 115)
    8 KB @ 2 pood

We haven't done American KB swings at 2 pood in a while 72 of em will get to you

I did Trista yesterday for time
    28:00

Then this morning I did Stacy twice 19:34 and 22:45

This wasn't crossfit, but rather two west Columbia hookers.

    7 RFT

    15 burpees
    12 wall ball shots - 20#

    Rest 1 minute between rounds

    18:39

Chest cold since Saturday made breathing fun. Never broke up wall balls. Had to change burpee pace after round 4. Couldn’t maintain my pace.

Fasted for 21 hours yesterday. Gonna try playing around with IF for a little while and see if I like it. Ate one meal last night and haven't eaten since. Will probably eat again around noon.

    2/11
    Part A: Individual
    12 min AMRAP:
    12 box jumps 24"
    6 thrusters @ 95#
    6 BF Burpees

    Rest 5
    Part B: Individual, 3 rft
    21 DL @ 165#
    15 pull-ups
    9 front squats @ 165#

Part C: 3 person team (find 3 people that finish near your time)
    200 Cal Bike

That one hurt after the first 100 cals. I got paired with two ladies and was carrying a large portion of the cals.

    2/13/18
Filthy 50 with a partner, total time 25:12, all movements broken up evenly. I feel like that was a pretty hot pace, would appreciate some feedback from the experts.

Today was one of those "This doesn't look like shit" workouts that always seem to hurt badly.

    EMOM 10 min
odd 15 second 100% bike sprints
    even 30 sec handstand holds

so, ok, not bad at all, then:

    15-12-9 for time
    bike cals and burpees

3:40 and it took me 5 min to get off the floor

I had my jaws wired shut and I am playing around with and JAxztjd%oghw.
I will drink one teaspoon of my own urine at midnight then hibernate like a bear for 24 hours in my attic. Then I’ll probably eat again. So excited to be sharing my ideas with like minded people!!
