You may want to try taking about 25-30 more.

Still paleo. Just lower carb and tracking/weighing everything.

Heading to the Foothills trail tomorrow to do some hiking. Plan is to shuttle from table rock to a little past midway and hike back over the weekend. 45 or so miles, 3 days of hiking. Pack weight is coming in around 32ish lbs without water.

    Will update when I return.

MM, be careful up there this weekend. Hope the weather is in your favor. Good workout at 157 this morning:

    Completed @ 22:40 mark:

    400m run
    15 Deadlift @ 135#
    15 C&J @ 135#
    3 rope climbs
    400m run
    12 DL
    12 C&J
    2 rope climbs
    400m run
    9 DL
    9 C&J
    1 Rope climb

Lost about 45 seconds on the first round of rope climbs fooling with a pair of gloves. Lost the grip and slid halfway down the rope on climb 1, lost the gloves and tried to make up some time.

Well, we made it back last night.

Thursday, started around 12:30 and got 11 Miles in. Friday we did 17.3. Yesterday we busted out the last 18.5.

It was tougher than I thought it would be. Feeling pretty beat up this morning.
