    Remington 788 .243......I ran across this one a few years back for $100 and the stock was almost black and scratched to hell and back and loaded with rust. I took it completely apart, sanded, stained, and got all of the rust off and threw a Zeiss on it. It's a tack driver and shoots dime size groups with factory ammo.
