    Default Christmas in Arkansas

The boys and I along with my brother pulled out Christmas day to spend the week in Arkansas. Started a little slow and didn't get on the mallards in the timber like we had hoped but the Gadwall put on a show to make up for it! Even had the chance to be a part of my buddy taking a deer he's been hunting all season. The boys are getting used to this Arkansas stuff and I'm perfectly fine with that!

    Good stuff Kyle!

That's outstanding! Kudo's to all the dad's that take their kids on their week long out of state trips, especially during the holiday season! (Which usually means more hunters and tougher hunting but are a GREAT time!)

This is the first Christmas / New Year trip I've missed in a long time since my boys have all left the nest, it really sucks when they are grown and gone.
Listen to your elders. Not because they are always right but because they have more experiences of being wrong.
