Anybody found an oil that works better than the others in cold weather?

Make your own. It is called Ed's Red

1/3rd Mercon Dexron Transmission Fluid (2 qts)
    1/3 K1 Kerosene (2qts)
    1/3 Mineral Spirits (2 qts)

Makes 1.5 gallons good to about 40 below zero.

Good for cleaning and leaving in bore wet. I store wet bores muzzle down. It is also good for spraying fire ant mounds. Kickem, spray ones running around, leave and come back an hour later.
