So somehow CNN decided to start sending me news headlines like a text pop up thingy and it needs to stop. How do I turn this off?

If it’s an app that you’ve downloaded just go to settings > CNN > Turn off push notifications.
Get a flip phone.

As far as I know I have no CNN app
Do you have any social media apps? Either that or you agreed to a cookie while browsing.
Btw, you won't hear me apologize often, so you may want to put that in your sigfile. ~Mergie
Go to Settings > Notifications. Everything’s that sends you a notification should be under that list. Scroll through them and see if there’s anything’s that may send you news notifications and turn them off. If your phone has a fairly recent update on it, there’s an app that’s standard on the iPhone called “News”. That may be where it’s coming from.
what kinda cookie?
Ugh. Stupid people piss me off.
It's Christmas time, so it has to be gingerbread. Or maybe sugar cookies in the shape of Christmas trees, or M&M cookies with those holiday colored M&M's. Or it could be something weird like those holiday colored Oreo's.

When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home. -Tecumseh-
agreed. everything you say is racist before you even say it.

Yep. I have so much white guilt, I feel dirty.
