What you got?
What you got?
I have the predecessor to the Leupold 1200i. It will do bow, line of sight, and some ballistic. I have been very pleased with mine the 4 or 5 years I have owned it. I don’t really have any other knowledge or any others.
I like my Vortex 1000 and like the Leupold 1200 also.
Chose the Vortex because the warranty.
The $500 puts you outside the Leica, but you could find a used one on archery talk though. The Leupold is on sale at Cabelas right now also.

i've decided that for $0, I can tell you how far 20 and 30 steps is.
I cant see past that, anyway.
Ugh. Stupid people piss me off.
and I swear you people like "warranties" more than most.

What’s wrong with a warranties. Vortex is no questions asked. So if I run over it or drop it out a tree they will replace it.
I have a halo MXD 1000. Dick's in Summerville had it on clearance for $100. It was the last one they had, and it was missing the battery cover. I convinced the guy to sell it to me for $30. I called the manufacturer, and they sent me a battery cover free of charge. I have it as a novelty more than anything. I like using it to see how close I am to judging distances.

as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government.

A standard bushnell model, 600yd range I think. When in a stand I just shoot reference trees at eye level but I hunt woods mostly and with aging eyes I am holding for 30yds and in these days. $100 or under.
