Default Looking for an upstate club..

So after moving to Seneca, I'm looking for a club close by for the 2018 season. Have tried talking to a few folks around, but haven't come up with much. Looking for a club in Oconee, Pickens, or Anderson area. If anybody has any leads I'd greatly appreciate it.

A few friends used to hunt public land with a slight amount of success years back in the upstate. Long hikes, big hills, lots of disappointing sits were common though. That could be a last resort.

    Welcome to the Upstate, Fireman.

Sorry I can't help you with any club info as I'm lucky enough to hunt private land next door, at least for now.

Will keep you in mind if I hear of anything.

I appreciate all the replies and messages. Im familiar with the public lands and plan to utilize them, I was just hoping to find a club and meet some like minded folks.. more for the camaraderie and networking than the hunting. I knew there were few and far between in the area, but Im giving it a shot.

If it comes to that I'll just drive back to Laurens county and hunt there. Was just looking for something closer if it was available.
