    Default Deer Tenderloin

I know, I should have pulled it off about 10-12 min earlier but it was still jam up.

You must not like deer meat. Backstrap.

Pardon me, you are correct not tenderloin but backstrap. I tend to use them interchangeable.

It looks fine. Just yankin your chain. As for me I don't put bacon on or in other foods a lot. I love bacon, but if I'm eating grilled backstrap, I like to taste the backstrap.
