The real stuff. We made a batch on Saturday. We ground enough sugar cane to start with 85 gallons of juice and ended up with 15 gallons In think. It takes a while but i enjoy it. Lee's onion sausage dipped in cane syrup is the shizz.

Oh Lort. That brings back memories. Sugar cane was a big part of my childhood. It was everywhere when I was a kid.
I grew up just a few miles from this little town in Lee County and this little festival was a much anticipated event for us.

We do it every Saturday after thanksgiving.
