The Elites don't fear the tall nails, government possesses both the will and the means to crush those folks. What the Elites do fear (or should fear) are the quiet men and women, with low profiles, hard hearts, long memories, and detailed target folders for action as they choose.

i always thought “living roofs” were a cool touch. both for aesthetics and for climate control functionality...
wonder how they structure them for longevity, being that the soil is basically a sponge sitting on the roof

I charge extra for having to cut roofs. A lot extra. We did the bushes on Carrabas once.

Same thought I had about the "roof rot" for lack of a better phrase. I see XHailGC answered that.

Another advantage is that it would be great camouflage from satellite surveillance.

A bird hunting friend of mine from the Yukon, has a sod roof on part of his house. He and his wife live pretty basic.

Set up an extra zone on the sprinkler and fertilize that shit.
Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.
