    Do any of yall add onions to it? If so how much? Everything I read says to use dehydrated onions.

    It's been a few years since I have. All I did was check the box for onion sausage at Peach Orchard. For all the talk I heard about it, it just didn't live up to my expectations, don't think it could. But most people are bacon wrapped people.

    i didn't make any deer sausage but I did grind up boston butts added the Leggs #10 and mix then re grind. Its Purdy dang good...

    Made 10 pounds of maple breakfast sausage, 10 pounds of chorizo, and 20 pounds of onion sausage this weekend. Two euro mounts.
