    Default Short Rib Burgers

I bought one of those kitchen aid mixer attachments for my wife’s mixer a couple months ago and have been grinding up different things. For $70 it’s pretty sweet.

I had some left over short rib and ground It this morning. I’ll grill some burgers later today.

I also had a hunk of venison I cut up and ground. I cooked a beef brisket a few weeks ago and saved the trimmings to mix with the venison. I might make burgers or maybe something else.

Anyway, it’s been pretty handy and lets me make some pretty tasty burgers using different cuts of meat.

I hate sideways pictures, I can’t ever figure that out.

Just remember how you took the pic, adjust for next time. I can't figure it out other than I take pics with my camera in only one position now. Looks good. Charlie, the old chef at Sprindale, has his own place now. It's about right across the street from my place. He does a short rib burger.. yours would be better, it wouldn't be pre pattied..

    I'm ready for Thursday

Looks good! I've been threatening to pick one up for a while. You've inspired me.
