The mottled is a beautiful duck.... They could get some pigtail and widgeon ass if they wanted, hell at least go for a shoveler....but no I see those things crossed with muscovies, and the result is even worse . I think the mottled x muscovy might be the mascot of every urban development across south florida.

Looks like the willingness to procreate of a Mottled hen is stronger than their patience. If they can't seem to find a drake of their own species they'll just take whatever's around.
