    I’d look at a bolt action with a tube magazine. Will be cheaper and can shoot longs, LRs, and shorts. I use the aguila colibris. They are stupid quiet.

    The Ruger American and Ruger 77/22 are both great bolt rifles (and use the same magazine as the 10/22).

    Just some food for thought.

    I used 22 CB's very effectively doing ditch tiger eradication at an apartment complex long long ago- waited until they were leaning into the dumpster planning their dive and zap- the ditch tiger dive was complete. Neighbors never knew.

    Go ahead and start the process for getting a suppressor. If you got coyotes now, you probably will have more in a year
