Well, it took most of the year but i finally crossed some things off my list. Probably would have happened sooner had i not fallen off the cardio wagon a few times.

Right now: I’ve got a repeatable sub 30 minute 5k run time.
I’ve ran two 10k’s, fastest 58:23.

Big accomplishments for me as I’ve never been good at running. My strength took a little hit, mainly in the squat. But those numbers seem to come a lot easier than run times. I’d like to hit a 10 mile run before the new year, just to say i can.

Anybody else knocking out some 2017 goals?
