Yada yada yada. All this shit about lifestyle food etc. It's like people thinking sugar "causes" diabeeetusss.

The main factor contributing to one's health is exercise and genetics. The rest have a much lessor role to play.

I will, if you will stick to working on possums and stay away from studying health on snake oil websites???

Fortunately for you, I have provided a "credible" link below, read myth number two. Stay away from the snake oil website bro, they have fogged your cranium area.

    http://www.diabetes.org/diabetes-bas...ww.google.com/

Your thought that sugar causes diabeetus is a myth just like the toof fairy. Sorry to sadden you.

Did you read what was on that link, Lab? They said myth: sugar doesn't cause type 2 diabetes fact: but if you eat foods that turn into blood sugar when you stuff it down your pie hole, it actually does.

    Good grief....

Okay I knew some of you would twist that as it was somewhat vague for you snake oil types. So let me put out a few more:

    https://www.webmd.com/diabetes/qa/do...cause-diabetes

Here's one another I doubt you snake oil types can twist it, but I'm sure you will try to make if fit your mythical fantasies.

    https://www.pcrm.org/nbBlog/does-sugar-cause-diabetes

Type 1 diabetes is an autoimmune disease. Type 2 diabetes—the most common form of the disease—is caused by insulin resistance and pancreatic failure. Here is what you need to know:

See you snake oil types won't believe anything, no source is good enough. Unless, it comes from the snake venom dealer themselves. Admitting you are wrong is suicide for the ego.

There are thousands of articles and white papers written by credible people with thorough research to back their findings. You just decided to go with webmd.

Got any good articles you read in the "highlights" magazine of your doctors office recently?

Post up something from one of them Highlights magazines you're reading in your pill pushers waiting room. I'm sure there's some gold in there too.

I'm confused by your posts, but anyway...Beans aren't necessarily the best thing in the world for you, FYI.
Secondly, F3 is a great workout group that you might want to look into in your area. I do it along with normal routine and love it.
And I did a core strengthening yoga routine with my wife the other night I feel certain most on this site couldn't finish. Don't discount yoga if you know nothing about it.

On a completely different note...LAB, please stop. Thanks.
