    Damn straight..

FL Oysters are like chewing on what I imagine a tire patch tastes like.

I have truly learned to appreciate the SC Caper's Blade oyster and several other varieties.. Best oysters I have ever eaten ?? Not even close, but 100X better than a Gulf oyster...

    Ban Cottontwat, someone.. please.

I used to get my oysters from Clifton's in Columbia years ago. No seasoning was necessary.

He still in business. Everything I've seen he has closed down his business.

Paul G is still selling them, or Rocky Magwood as well. Both can be found on FB easily.

call Perry at H&H seafood in Ravenel- his oysters come from the Beaufort area and he is a supplier for all the big oyster festivals 843-209-0601- he cares for his leases properly allowing them to re-seed and be a renewable resource

As far as Sellsfish is concerned- I work on the water every day and have watched his crews completely strip oyster beds bare leaving nothing for the oyster seeds to attach to- this kills the bed forever, and leaves a naked mud flat, accelerating erosion in the marshes.

He is trolling again but over the top this time. He mention a Carolina Blue handle oyster knife in the past nobody cracks bland gulf oysters with one unless you plan to roll in fish batter and deep fry with taters and hush puppies in the off season.

I'm surprised to many folks on here take him seriously but then again I was pretty surprised by the amount of folks on here who use anxiety assistance.

Clark Sound or Bulls Bay oysters are what you’re looking for.
Be proactive about improving public waterfowl habitat in South Carolina. It's not going to happen by itself, and our help is needed. We have the potential to winter thousands of waterfowl on public grounds if we fight for it.

An awful lot of goodness comes out of Bulls Bay including oysters. Probably one of the prettiest coastal areas on the east coast.

Perry picks the best oysters around. His clusters are better than most folks selects. He is sold out for the next two weeks though.
