Default Need a new turkey pot

I'm in need of a new pot to fry turkeys. Is there any new mind blowing technology I need to know about?

Also, pros/con's of aluminum v stainless. Brand? Where to buy?

I think my old cooker will still work...... How about the new cookers? Are any of em worth a dam? Seems all my friends have to fk with the regulator a lot just to cook a turkey.

This is what I use. 10-15 minutes per pound. No oil to deal with. Infrared cooking. I think they are about $100. I also want to try an Orion cooker.
It's not enough to simply tolerate the 2nd Amendment as an antiquated inconvenience. Caring for the 2nd Amendment means fighting to restore long lost rights.
