    Default Seed wheat and doves

I was giving 5 bags of seed wheat that has the insecticide coating on it. I was going to use it as a cover crop with my clover but planted oats instead in my food plots. Since we are in the window i thought about top sowing it in the dove field. My question is will the insecticide coating mess with the doves? I know turkeys and crows will dig up a planted corn field and eat the covered seed but i was wondering about doves. I figure it should be fine but I am getting mixed answers from people i talked to so i figured i would ask the experts.

I put out 2 bags a few years ago on my dove field in early November that had been coated and the doves showed up in full force around thanksgiving, don't think it was a problem. Had a couple really good hunts over it.

It will rain the next few days. Good planting.
