    Default Photos to Canvas

I recently have had some interest in some photographs I have taken with my camera by some family members to be put onto canvas. I was thinking maybe for Christmas gifts. I have no knowledge of this, and was wondering if anyone had some insight as to how I should go about doing this.

    Thanks

I've done it with online services before.
I can't remember which service but it turned out well.

Thanks, I will look into it. There are tons, but I am not sure of which to go with!

There are a bunch. Honestly the best for the buck my wife has gotten was through Wally World.

My cousin did something similar a couple years back and she actually used either sams club or Walmart, can't remember which but they turned out good, especially if you are on a budget. Pretty sure any of the shutterfly type websites have canvas prints as an option too.

We have done some through Costco. Also had one oil painted over on canvas. That one is awesome.

My wife has had a few done that turned out really well. I asked her who so I could pass the info on. She said to look at groupon. I had no idea what it was till I looked it up. She is one of those people that will drive you crazy when you are trying to order something, because she constantly is saying that she can find it cheaper. Hope this helps, and good luck.

Jenks had this done with a picture that he took of me during a turkey hunt, and it is fantastic. It is hanging in my office. I assume that the picture was taken with a cell phone.

It was with a phone and you are hunting with your dad's A5. I'll see if I can dig up the photo somewhere.

Jenks, you didn’t make a copy of the Boozer pic to hang in your office, too?

I had a picture of my dogs on the boat done by a guy that does giclee. (Pronounce zyee clay'). It's was pretty much photoshopped to dither it just enough to make it look like a painting instead of photo. It is one of my favorite "paintings" in my house. Google giclee

I'd seriously wager that you surround yourself with blowed up pictures of yourself in your little matching camo outfit.

I've used a few different online photo labs. I like Nations Photo Lab... http://www.nationsphotolab.com/canva...ery_wraps.aspx

I've had them print several large format pictures and they stand behind their work. One arrived damaged because of USPS handling and NPL sent me a free replacement.
