Default Kicking tires and making pies.........

    Spent the morning car shopping.

Is there anything more aggravating.........It's been over 10 years since I did so for myself, so you can guess that my sticker shock was hyooooge.....even though I waited this late in the year to look at remaining 2017 models....hoping they'll give one away.....

I knew dinnertime was pending as I was coming home....figured some pizzas would be easy to conjure up.

Checked in with son and he said he'd have company.....wanted a his'n'her's pizza. Easily done. Already knew what wife would like.

Andouille sausage made ready for both pies.

    Son's pizza was done first.

Wife & I had a white sauce version that she requests....with shroom's, sweet peppers, onions, sausage & pepperoni.

Easily done. Cheated and used the oven, too....even though a kamado would have been better as the dome heat would have made an even process of crust & topping doneness in much faster times.

The weather was suspect this afternoon and I didn't feel like walking pizzas too/from the grill in the pouring rain.

Did nearly the same tonight because of rain. Yours look better.

I went with dairy free dough at Publix (wife is dairy free for our youngest right now). Red sauce, Jimmy dean hot sausage, green pepper, red onion, extra pepporoni, mozzarella on my half, and a slice of plain cheese for our almost 3 year old.
    Go Tigers!!!
