    Up until now I've been shooting an 870 3" Express Mag, but I just picked up a Franchi 912 and have a BGS coming. I'll need to see which one of the 3 1/2" guns I like best and will sell the other one.

    SBE 28" with Matrix #5's and Fasteel. I don't care what anyone says the lethality of Matrix at 1575 fps is all you will ever need, period. I just can't afford that stuff all season long so I start using the Fasteel. waydago KENT!!

    Remington 1100 wit remington cheap black shells. I shoots em close so 2 3/4 is all I go. I shoots on de cheap. I shoot everything wit the same gun. deer hogs ducks and doves.

    Beretta is the way I go. The AL 390 Silver Mallard was my first, and I still use it on the "easy" hunts, but when I may need an extra boat paddle also, I take the 390 in synthetic I got from Walmart. I have heard that there are differences in the guts between the two, but I have not found them yet.

    I shot an 870 since I could walk, but got a
    Bo-Duce (Super Black Eagle II) for Christmas and I love the hell out of it. And I can thank DAddy Duck and the good people at Simpsons Hardware in Sumpter for talking my daddy into getting it.

    I own about 25 shotguns, and my SBE is the best. If all you have is $219.00 go to Wal-Mart and buy the 870. It's a great pump gun/push pole/paddle/whoopin stick/wading cane. And when you're done with it, give it to StainUm and he'll hang it in his restaurant!

    Bought the M-2 right before the season and love this gun. Very light and easy to swing. Never owned a benelli before but now I'm hooked. Great gun!!!!
