Police Release Dash and Bodycam Video Of Officer-Involved Shooting - Seattle, WA
Police released video on Tuesday that shows officers opening fire on a car in the Eastlake neighborhood Sunday night.
The video shows officers approaching the car, identifying themselves as officers and ordering the suspects to get on the ground.
They open fire several times as the car lurches toward them. The video includes both in-car and body cam. Police say officers Kenneth Martin and Tabitha Sexton opened fire.
There is no indication that anyone was wounded. The car was found Monday in North Seattle,
On Sunday night, officers went to the 2200 block of Yale Avenue East to investigate a report of suspicious activity possibly involving a weapon. Officers found the suspects sitting in a black Subaru Impreza.
They later opened fire on the Impreza. The suspects got away.
