    I read the stupid shit over there, and wonder how the fuck we can build aircraft and autos in this state.

    My favorite is why a 30-06 ain't no good for short range, like 20-30 yards, cuz it ain't got time to pick up enough speed to make the bullet expand..

    Shit, Yall should try the public lands during turkey season. Turkey hunting is an endeavor that most know absolutely nothing about, but they still try it out in the government woods. In one spring, I "called up" 7 people on one piece of government land. Keep in mind that all of those folks were actively stalking HEN sounds. It can get pretty scary, pretty fast. None of this stuff surprises me.

    I've spent plenty of time on public land. It's not that bad. You just have to be willing to put in more effort to get away from the people. Turkey hunters will walk more but deer hunters like to stay close to the truck.

    Best one yet was the boy that got mad at his neighbor for shooting "his" deer because it wandered onto the neighbor's property. He thinks there should be some way to tag/ear notch/brand his deer so others don't shoot it.
    Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.
