Trying to weigh my options with a new pair of waders. What are yall partial to? I had a pair of Cabelas and they held up great but I'm looking towards a pair of MacksPW or Gator-Waders, anyone know anything about them?

If you hunt a lot, buy the cheapest waders you can find. I've bought cheap and very expensive and every dann one of them gets a leak by the end of the season. I buy 2 cheap pair every year when I find them on clearance. I've come to learn that waders are meant to be disposable.
I have these. They were the store brand, but have since changed the name of them. I have been very pleased with mine so far. The foot runs a little small in comparison to other boot, so I would recommend getting a size larger.

Interested as well. I have a pair of old Mad Dog that are probably 9 years old and still going. Granted, I didn't wear them for probably 4 of those years. Also have pair of Rustic Ridge that are about 4 or 5 years old. They were great but this past season started springing holes all over. It seemed like as soon as I'd patch one, another one would pop up somewhere else. I bought both pairs from Sportsmans, I'm pretty sure the RR is the same company but a newer name. I'm going to get a new pair before this season and am also between the two that you mentioned. Probably going to end up with the Macks.

Cabelas, all waders suck. They never last me anywhere close to a season. Cabelas will exchange them.
I don't belive in miracles, I rely on them.
Cabelas brand neoprenes. When they leak take them back. Wash rinse repeat. I tried a pair of banded breathables and they leaked in the crotch after jumping in and out of the boat a few times. However, those banded are the most comfortable waders on the market, and I would wear them exclusively if ankle to knee deep water was the norm.
Buy cabelas once and take them back if an issue.
I've got the rogers breathables and have been very happy with them. I will never go back to neoprene.

Agree on cabelas ! I find none of them last and I would rather drop $125 than $400 if its gonna fail . I do like them banded though !

Don't buy froggtoggs. The boots go to shit and fall apart after less than 2 seasons.

I have 3 pair of Banded waders. I've only had one pair leak, but it was due to puncturing it, which I would classify as my fault.
I have always had macks waders. I have two pair now, the short 'pants' (I think they are called the bayou meto) and another pair (I think they are the big ditch model) haven't had any leaks out of either and going on three seasons now. I will say that I had some issues with thier breathables, went through 3 pair in two seasons and gave up on those.

I had these and would take them back after leaking 3 pair in 3 years but can't complain only paid once so worked out for me.
I have these now and I've only hunted in them twice but will say they are very comfortable.

I like banded breathables. The only complaint I have is the right boot is tight on the top of my foot. Go one size bigger.
