Default What's best for prepping seed beds?

I'm an absolute newb at growing stuff and I'm trying to get started on planting food plots and maybe eventually a dove field. After thoroughly discing, what's the best way to prep a seed bed before drilling or planting, a cultipacker, spike or drag harrow?

We use a cultipacker with good results. Lowcountry in sandy soil. Simple with nothing to break. There was always something to fix in the drill we used to use.

cultipacker give the best seed contact in my humble opinion. The force is down on the seed.

Drag harrow will help level the field out some but It also picks up a lot of biomass that can sweep seed away from where it was originally spread.
