I hunted a small tract that I have close by, only twelve acres but usually produces. Shot the smaller one early at 35 yards he ran aproxametly 30 yards and died. I was going to give him a little while, then had two more come in directly down wind, got within 40yards or so and caught my wind. He stood in one spot and never moved for 20 min. He then started right and I had one shooting lane at 48 yards. He stepped into it I stoped him and let it fly. He ran 40 yards. I had to call in back up for the drag. As for the large gash. I'm not sure what the hell. That was the entrance wound.
