That's how much it took to make the draw. Not much of a story. I waded through the mosquitos to get to the stand. Sat a while and was planning on shooting a fat doe I'd been seeing. She came out but didn't stay around long enough to get on. The yearling bolted across on her trail. I was on the gun looking for her to step out when I caught him hot on their trail. I put the NF on his shoulder at 70yds and sent the 150grn NBT from the 7mm08 on his shoulder. He hopped on the shoulder and crashed in the brush. Old bruiser, 18.5", good mass, 168#, broken G2.

Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

My man! And they say the 7mm08 is a subpar caliber. I loaded some new 120 TTSX's up the other night, may have to give those 150's a try that you are shooting!

Damn Nice Deer Mark. Isn't that the smaller eight that showed up with the larger eight and ten. I'm trying to remember if he also had a kicker on the G2 that broke off.

    Yup, he's crazy...

like a fox. The dude may be coming in a little too hard and crazy but 90% of everything he says is correct.
