    Default Home Loan- Quicken

Anybody ever used Quicken for Home Loans? Buddy of mine is using them and says it's been a great experience thus far. Just wondering how good they really are and if everything they are telling him is legit since they are a web based deal.

I used them for my house in GA. Great experience. Very simple process and good customer service.

They send someone to your house to sign the closing documents.

Refinanced with them a few years ago. Simple, easy process and no trouble at all. Been a good experience for us.

Full blown usual closing costs like buying or is it just an origination fee to them?

You still need to get quotes from other lenders. Due diligence and whatnot.

I think it was full closing costs. They called and set up the attorney and all that. All we did was show up. We even had pretty much already signed all the documents that needed to be signed. In and out in less than 30 mins.

Hell an attorney came here every time. We never went anywhere.
