Default Imma dog fan this week

I said for almost a year that Butch would have to win in the swamp to win me back over and then they go down and lose in classic Butch Jones fashion. So, I am pulling for the bulldogs and I hope Chubb runs them over and out of the stadium.

The best thing for that program is for Butch to be fired on Saturday. It’s like I said about the gamecocks in 2014. Fire him now and do not wait a year.

Did you see him in the press conference? I couldn't tell if he was sunburnt or red with embarrassment. I agree. It's time to go. He's had enough time and more than enough talent. I think he could win more this week than he can lose.

Hopefully the bulldogs don't start to believe the hype around them and stay focused. Richt could never produce any consistentcy. So most of us are nervous. Dawgs need to jump up early to help take the crowd out of it.

I would have this play on repeat all week.

Yep. My brother tells me that Kirby does a good job of bringing them down a few levels at practice on Mondays. He also says everyone who was there during the previous coaching staff says Kirby is far from a Mark Richt.

It wouldn't surprise me in the least if Tennessee stomped a mudhole in Jawja but, I doubt that happens.

Butch is just a terrible coach.
Yeah, but do you consider a dog to be a filthy animal? I wouldn't go so far as to call a dog filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a dog's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

Tennessee will win convincingly this week over UGA. Butch will be off the hot seat. They'll lose a close one to Bama, win the others, but lose to Vandy or Kentucky. Butch will be halfway out the door. Then, he'll beat a decent opponent in a decent bowl game. Job saved. Brick by brick. Wash, rinse, repeat...

College football is one of those sports where weird things happen...often.

Should UGA win this week? Yes. Will they? Who knows.

I've watched them go into this game quite a few times 4-0 or 5-0 and get destroyed. If the dawgs come home 5-1 after the next two weeks...I'm happy.

I see what you mean.. But with me, I will not be happy if we lose either game. UGA is leaps and bounds better than both teams.. If they get beat by one or the other.. my money is on Vandy.

I am cautiously optimistic about UGA's season. They look better, on both sides of the ball, than they have in a while. We'll see. The good thing is that, as a life-long UGA fan, I'm used to bitter disappointment.
