I think he and Lindsay Grahamnasty were in on this together, like they are on everything else.
Lindsay gets to tout to us, his voters, that he introduces legislation to repeal obamacare, knowing full well that McCain is going to vote against it.
Win/Win. Lindsay can campaign on the fact that he tried.....Hell he even introduced the bill himself. But, But, But it didnt pass, but you can vote for him at the next election and he will keep "trying." McCain gets to put more egg on Trump

About the only Senator's opinion I almost trust anymore, at least for honesty, is Rand Paul. It's impossible to trust anything Lipsey comes up with, or McCain babbles about, or McConnell pretends he cares about, so that doesn't leave us much to go on.
