I’m not a huge slaw fan but I like it the way I did it. I like it to have a good vinegar/pickled type taste if that makes sense. I like chunked pineapple in it to. Weird, I know!

    Me too.

I want to make that, but I can't pronounce it (whatever that bread is) so this is likely as close as I'll get to it.

Just get some pita bread if you want to church it up. Otherwise go with the tried and true type of bread that has never let anyone down...

    Loaf.

Did you start with pork belly or was this a brisket that you made burnt ends out of the point?
Them that don't know him won't like him, and them that do sometimes won't know how to take him

All pork belly. Started with a whole pork belly then sliced and cubes to make the ends. Brisket burnt ends are my favorite but all I had in the freezer was pork.

Word. I saw pork belly last time I was in Costco and stand alone burnt ends came to mind. It has been added to the list

Looks great! Did pork belly burnt ends and brisket for a big event Thursday as well. Turned out quite strong if I do say so myself.
