    Anyone have any experience with the vortex higher end optics?
    Namely the razor hd gen II.

    I've never owned them but shot through them a good bid. Great clarity, nice reticles. Tad pricey though. What model are you looking for? I've got a couple 3.5-18x50 EOTech Vudus I need to get rid of. They're both made by lightworks in Japan. Same glass and warranty.

    Yes. It's one of the best scopes out there. 4.5-27 is one of the best long range scopes on the market. Downside is it's heavy. 3 scopes dominate long range events. Gen 2 Razor, Nightforce ATACR, Schmidt and Bender PM2.

    Shot thru a vortex spark 2 (red dot) a few weekends ago and was impressed. Had no issues hitting a 12" plate at 125yds repeatedly from a fixed position. Probably couldve moved out further than that.

    Thanks. Looking at spuhr mounts but not sure which one would be needed to clear a 56mm with a 38mm tube?

    FYI 4.5-27 and 3-28 have a 34mm tube.
