    Default Weight A Minute!

Out of curiosity, what is the weight of your arrow and broadhead combination?

Feel free to give details on arrow and head type, weight, fletchings and nocks.

455 total. Black eagle rampage shafts with 50gn outsert, blazers with a 4" wrap (helps blazers stick better), 100gn points, gold tip GT nocks (I replace all factory nocks with GT nocks - they seat better).

Maxima red 350 with regular insert. I have it fletched with 4 3 in blazer vanes, tipped with a tooth of the arrow 4 blade 100gr broad head. My arrow weight comes in at about 436 grains give or take a grain or two. I have that shooting at 277fps.

Goldtip 5575, not sure the names, but I have bunches . I'm a 28.5" draw, but my arrows aren't consistent in length. I buy them by the loot on archery talk and slap the baddest dang fletchings on them known to man. The quick fletch, in which ever color is the cheapest! Use a 100 gr swept exodus, with what ever cheap knock I have laying around in my archery tackle box. Got lucky this year as I found 3 lighted nocks, so I'll be sporting 2 different kinds on my quiver.

With all these variables, my arrows for some odd reason always shoots the same. Hmm. Come to think of it, I've never even looked at my FPS, arrow grain/ weight, or kinetic energy. Just bought a bow with gold tips included one day and said hey I like these and never switched.
