    Default Canadas

Had a really good day last week. I had a triple while crouched in the deeks. Daisy Duke had a 75 yard retrieve in current on a cripple, and it was like watching a lion go after a gazelle.

Brined over night. Dusted with morton's steak seasoning. Seared it in hot cast iron skillet and put in the oven for 7 minutes at 350. I ate the tenderloins right out of the skillet as my appetizer. Added some sauce at the 6 minute mark. They were better than a filet.

There is no need to lie about it.. We know what youd pick between the two if they were both cooked perfectly..

You need to get out more for a fine steak, apparently.

I'm welcoming all invites for steak dinners.
While I was using hyperbole, the goose was good.

First you said you used Morton's steak seasoning. Now you say you were using hyperbole.

    Well, which is it?
